Festival Oil
30-11-2014 The cultivation of olive oil , in the ground Brisighella, dates back to ancient times; already in Roman times, the olive tree and its products were known, valued and appreciated. The festival promotes the refined oil "Brisighello", which uses the vintage 1997 DOP certification, which guarantees, from harvesting to bottling the highest quality in every aspect.
